Teladoc Medical Experts®

Teladoc Medical Experts’ core services are included in the Hour Bank, Office Supervisory and Retiree Benefit Plans:

  • Expert Medical Opinion
  • Find a Doctor
  • Care Finder
  • Personal Health Navigator
  • Ask the Expert
  • Mental Health Navigator

 

These services provide members and their eligible dependents with a second medical opinion following a diagnosis or treatment plan for a chronic or serious illness.  They can also assist in locating specialists or treatment facilities and help provide answers to your medical questions.

Parents of eligible employees and spouses are also able to utilize Teledoc Medical Experts core services. Learn more here.

If your coverage under the Merit Contractors Association Benefit Plan includes Elite Diagnostic Imaging Service™, please provide the name of your employer, membership number HD00001042 and your certificate number (found on your pay-direct drug card).

LifeWorks

LifeWorks Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services are included in the Hour Bank and Office Supervisory Benefit Plans.

The EAP is available to employees and their eligible dependents.  Services include:

  • Counselling services (in-person, telephonic, or text/email) for issues such as:
    • Personal/emotional difficulties
    • Relationship issues
    • Stress
    • Childcare/elder care
    • Interpersonal conflict
    • Addiction issues
    • Work-related concerns
